WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It’s very important for us that you are happy with your item. If for some reason you are unhappy with your new purchase or it was damaged in transit, we will do our best to make it right. You will have the option to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.
We will just charge a small but reasonable fee, likely the cost of shipping.
Returns
We offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days of receiving your package. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the returned amount. Please contact us before sending your return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When the return shipment is received, we contact you and proceed with the refund. Please not that we can only issue the refund the same way you paid us.
Exchanges
For Sayuri to be able to exchange your item, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will also ask you to cover the new shipping costs. Please contact us before sending an item back for exchange.
