OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM
Every accessory or jewelry you see on this site has been hand made by Sayuri. Because every piece is unique, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Sometimes the piece in the photo is bought and Sayuri needs time to make a new one. If the materials are not replicable, then we want you to know the options.
That’s why we would like you to contact us first. We will send you a photo of your piece and make sure you’re getting what you want.
Payment Process
- Contact us through the form on the page of the piece you’re interested or the contact form.
- We will contact you confirming the piece is available or let you know of other options.
- After payment is processed we will send you the piece.
- Enjoy your piece, real feelings went into it.
Payment Type
At this point we can only accept PayPal as a payment method.
Shipping
We ship to most places in the world. You can choose what kind of shipping you would like as we personally go to the post office and ship your item.
Typically, sending a necklace or earrings to Canada or the US range between US $10-$20. We follow Japan shipping rates here
Wrapping Your Item
We can wrap your item too. We’ll let you know some options. You can always let us know if you have any request!
